Talent Show

TALENT SHOW CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS SENIOR DIVISION
Preliminary rounds will be held Tuesday, July 22, Wednesday, July 23, and Thursday, July 24 at 8:00 p.m. each evening. The top four places from each night will qualify to perform at the final competition on Friday, July 25 at 8:00 p.m. Cash prizes will be awarded each night of the preliminary competition as follows:
1st - $100; 2nd - $75; 3rd - $50, 4th - $25. Cash prizes for the final round will be: 1st - $500; 2nd - $300; 3rd - $200; 4th - $100.
The contest is open to any resident of the State of Missouri.
Eighteen acts will be allowed to compete in each of the preliminary rounds for a total of 54 acts.
The first 54 applicants will be allowed to participate. Each act will have a limit of 5 minutes of performance time.
Animals will not be permitted to be a part of any act. The Talent Showcase Committee will determine on what night each act will compete and in what order. Each contestant will be notified of what night they are scheduled to compete.
All competitors need to report to the Talent Show Case tent by 7:00 pm on the evening they are scheduled to compete.
CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS JUNIOR DIVISION
The Junior Division is open only to entrant’s age13 and under.
A young person may choose in which division they would like to compete, but may not enter both. If they enroll in the Senior division, they will be competing with the adults.
Preliminary rounds will be held Tuesday, July 22, Wednesday, July 23, and Thursday, July 24 at 8:00 pm each evening. One winner will be selected each preliminary night.
The three winners from the three preliminary nights will compete at the final competition on Friday night. Gift certificates will be awarded to all participants on each night of the preliminary competition.
Cash prizes will be awarded on the final night of the competition as follows: 1st - $50; 2nd - $25; 3rd - $15.
Each act will have a limit of 5 minutes of performance time.
